こんにちは！
自分も昨年ホカオネオネ（クリフトン5）を購入しました。元祖厚底シューズらしく、最近売れているみたいですね。結構履いている人を見かけます。
昨年は初フルマラソンでなんとか完走したものの、35キロ過ぎからほぼ歩いてしまったので、今年はもう少し筋トレをして体幹を鍛えようと思います。おススメのトレーニングとかありますか？
